Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an MEP Coordinator to assist in planning, coordination and execution of MEP works for A&A projects. You will interface with main contractors, consultants and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role requires a diploma or degree in MEP fields and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Knowledge of local regulations and safety practices is a plus. Building services expertise is welcomed and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related MEP field is required.
• Experience in MEP coordination and site practices is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore standards and construction safety practices is desirable.

• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of MEP works for A&A projects.

About the role

Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of MEP works for A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review MEP drawings, specifications and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Monitor site progress and ensure MEP works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and schedule.

• Coordinate site installation works for Mechanical, Electrical and other MEP services.

• Attend site meetings, inspections and technical discussions with project stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties for timely solutions.

• Ensure MEP works comply with relevant Singapore standards, regulations and safety requirements.

• Support the Project Manager in managing day-to-day project activities.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, MEP Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant MEP / construction experience preferred.

• Experience in A&A / renovation / building projects will be an advantage.

• Candidates with Mechanical or Electrical engineering experience are welcome.

• Good knowledge of MEP installation, site coordination and construction practices.
