Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on M&E Coordinator to support construction projects, primarily A&A works. You will coordinate with main contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant delivery on site.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will review drawings and specifications, monitor progress and quality, attend site meetings, and prepare submissions and method statements to keep the project on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with main contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Familiarity with fire protection, ACMV or M&E subcontracting is preferred.
• Experience in P&S (planning & scheduling) is a plus.
• Construction/A&A project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage M&E works for construction projects, mainly A&A projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in overall planning, coordination and execution.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure works meet standards.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and project quality.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site issues.
• Prepare and follow up on submissions, shop drawings, method statements and other project documentation.
• Ensure works are completed according to project schedule and requirements.
