Job summary

BEMEC PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site M&E Site Coordinator to support the Project Manager and ensure coordination across contractors and consultants. You will liaise with contractors at the job-site, monitor progress, and help resolve technical issues on M&E works.

You will study M&E drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and keep the PM informed of any on-site problems to ensure works stay on schedule.

Responsibilities

• In charge of coordinating and liaising with Contractors at Job-Site
• Monitor project status and report back to Project Manager(PM)
• Attend site meetings with consultants;
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
