JUZBUILT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

seeks an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager to lead end-to-end M&E execution for an LTA MRT Viaduct project in Singapore, overseeing planning, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, ACMV, plumbing, and fire systems with architects, structural teams, consultants and subcontractors to meet milestones and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• At least 10 years of hands-on M&E coordination and execution experience on large-scale buildings.
• Deep knowledge of M&E, ACMV, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection for LTA MRT projects.
• Willingness to work site hours, including 5.5–6 day weeks and cover during critical phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all M&E works from construction through testing, commissioning, IST, and handover.
• Align M&E services with architectural/structural teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors, manage site manpower, equipment, and deliveries.
• Evaluate shop drawings, method statements, and O&M manuals for compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and schedules.
• Ensure M&E installations comply with Singapore codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with commercial team to review progress claims, variations, and costs.

Education

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering

Minimum 10 years of hands-on M&E coordination and execution experience in large-scale building projects

Deep knowledge of M&E, ACMV, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection systems relevant to LTA MRT projects

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager to lead end-to-end M&E execution for an LTA MRT Viaduct project in Singapore, overseeing planning, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all M&E works from construction through testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and handover to ensure project milestones are met
• Align mechanical, electrical, ACMV, plumbing, and fire services with architectural and structural teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical site issues efficiently
• Supervise M&E subcontractors, manage work sequencing, site manpower, equipment, and material deliveries in collaboration with the main contractor
• Evaluate shop drawings, method statements, technical submissions, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality, adherence to approved drawings, and compliance with project schedules
• Ensure all M&E installations comply strictly with Singapore building codes, authority regulations, and safety/environmental standards
• Collaborate with the commercial team to review M&E progress claims, variations, and technical cost matters to support project budgeting and financial control

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on M&E coordination and execution experience in large-scale building projects
• Deep knowledge of M&E, ACMV, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection systems relevant to LTA MRT projects
• Ability and willingness to work site hours including 5.5 to 6-day work weeks and support shift coverage during critical project phases

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience with LTA or MRT projects is an added advantage
