Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in daily checks of M&E equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The role plans, coordinates, and oversees preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems, and enforces safety and housekeeping standards.

You will provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and monitor progress to meet timelines and quality targets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years related experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong safety mindset and WSH awareness.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians for daily checks of M&E equipment.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials with good housekeeping.
• Ensure safety policies, conduct safety briefings and inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and decision-making on complex issues.
• Monitor progress, allocate manpower, and meet timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation for audits.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate works.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
