Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior M&E & Fire Safety Manager to lead the M&E team and oversee the operations of a high-rise commercial building. The role involves managing electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lifts and generators, while implementing preventive maintenance and safety standards.

You will coordinate with contractors, oversee tenant fit-outs and ad-hoc projects, and monitor budgets and sustainability compliance to meet audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Senior Fire Safety Manager certification is required.
• Experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments (non-retail).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the M&E team to ensure smooth and reliable building operations.
• Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lifts, generators and other building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, ensuring works are completed safely and within required timelines.

Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior M&E & Fire Safety Managerto join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

The Senior M&E & Fire Safety Manager's responsible is:

• Lead and supervise the M&E team to ensure smooth and reliable building operations.

Requirement

• Relevant experience in managinghigh-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments (non-retail).

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
