Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a multinational client for a Senior M&E & Fire Safety Manager to lead the Property Management team in Central Singapore. You will oversee M&E operations and ensure safety compliance across high-rise mixed developments.

You will manage a skilled team, coordinate with contractors, and drive preventive maintenance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory audits to uphold high standards of building performance.

Qualifications

• Senior Fire Safety Manager certification required.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years' relevant experience, or Diploma with 5–8 years' relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments (non-retail).
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the M&E team to ensure smooth and reliable building operations.
• Oversee daily maintenance and operation of electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lifts, generators and other building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, ensuring works are completed safely and within required timelines.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including maintenance works, tenders and service contracts.
• Oversee tenant fit-out works, ad-hoc projects and improvement initiatives for the building.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, utilities consumption and sustainability initiatives, including Green Mark requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards and audit requirements.
