Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior M&E & Senior Fire Safety Manager to join our Property Management team in Central Singapore.

The role focuses on leading the M&E team, overseeing electrical, ACMV, fire protection systems, lifts and generators across the building portfolio, while delivering proactive maintenance and safety excellence. You will manage contractors and service providers, drive preventive maintenance, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations and audit

Qualifications

• Senior Fire Safety Manager certification required.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years’ relevant experience, or Diploma with 5–8 years.
• Experience in high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments (non-retail).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to lead teams and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the M&E team to ensure smooth and reliable building operations.
• Oversee daily maintenance and operation of electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lifts, generators and other building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans; ensure works are completed safely and on time.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including maintenance works, tenders and service contracts.
• Oversee tenant fit-out works, ad-hoc projects and improvement initiatives for the building.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, utilities consumption and sustainability initiatives, including Green Mark requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards and audit requirements.

Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior M&E & Senior Fire Safety Manager to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

The Senior M&E & Senior Fire Safety Manager's responsible is:
