Job summary

Builder 90 Pte Ltd is seeking a M&E works coordinator to manage the project master schedule and oversee all M&E activities on site. The role covers inspections, progress tracking, and handling variation orders to keep work aligned with approvals and standards.

You will review M&E drawings submitted by coordinators and ensure there are no conflicts with architectural and structural elements, while preparing reports for consultant progress and technical meetings.

Qualifications

• Relevant Certificate will be highly considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule.
• Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order.
• Responsible in ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company’s and authorities’ requirements.
• Review M&E drawings and other materials submission prepared by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements.
• To prepare report for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings.
• To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues.
