Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E site coordinator to control site progress and ensure installation quality in line with shop drawings, technical submissions and procurement schedules. You will lead M&E drawing coordination, produce CSD and service drawings, and conduct QA/QC inspections to meet construction timelines.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong knowledge of M&E trades, and excellent time management and communication skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical trades.
• Knowledge of local M&E codes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Control site progress and installation quality per approved drawings and schedules.
• Appraise works/products for compliance and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate M&E drawings and produce service drawings quality.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and manage RE/RTO to meet schedule.
• Maintain site inspection records and variation order cost tracking.
• Verify work and material status for progress payments.
• Instruct subcontractors on substantiation document preparation.
• Implement IMS-compliant site safety methods.
• Attend daily site coordination meetings with subcontractors.
