Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a professional to assist in the management, maintenance planning and rectification of commuter facilities Mechanical & Electrical equipment. You will support in maintenance planning for lifts, escalators, pumps, ACMV and fire protection systems across underpasses and bridges.

You will also prepare tender specifications, supervise site activities, enforce safety requirements, and perform quality audits.

Competenze

• Knowledge in Mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge and experience in M&E equipment such as lifts, escalators, pumps, ACMV, fire protection system.
• Relevant experience in handling customer feedback will be an added advantage.
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

What the role is

You will assist in management, maintenance planning and rectification of commuter facilities Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment in pedestrian underpasses, pedestrian overhead bridges and vehicle underpasses.

What you will be working on

You will also assist in preparation of tender specifications, managing and supervising commuter facilities M&E equipment enforcing safety requirements base on code and requirement – site activities, as well as carrying out quality/quality audit checks on works on site. Investigation of any lifts and escalators accidents. This will also include the management of feedback from the public, other government agencies and private developers.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in Mechanical engineering
• Knowledge and experience in M&E equipment such as lifts, escalators, pumps, ACMV, fire protection system.
