Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Project Support professional in Singapore to assist on MRT/LTA site works, focusing on specifications, drawings, and regulations for M&E systems.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, environmental scientists, builders and owners to ensure design intent is achieved. The role requires a degree/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of M&E experience with contractors or construction projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of M&E details, drawings, and local practices.

Responsibilities

• Support MRT/LTA projects; prepare and interpret specifications, drawings and regs for M&E services.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and project owners to meet design intent.
• Lead analysis of reports on loading, labour, productivity, quality, materials and performance.
• Review monthly M&E activity reports and report to management.

Job description

• MRT/LTA Project: Support all M&E site-works involving the preparation and interpretation of specifications, drawings, and regulations for M&E services/ systems/ installations, and the engineering calculations required for the design of projects.
• Liaises with architects, engineers, landscape architects, environmental scientists, builders, contractors, suppliers, and project owners to ensure design intentions are met.
• Leads the analysis and interpretation of reports on loading, labour, productivity, quality, materials and performance.
• Review monthly reports on M&E activities and report to management.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of M&E working experience with contractors, construction projects and/or building variation works.
• Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
