Job summary

GYRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an M&E Site Coordinator to support the M&E Manager/Project Manager in delivering building and civil projects. You will coordinate drawings, documents, safety, and progress reporting on site.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely submission of shop drawings, materials, and method statements, coordinating with consultants and government authorities, and guiding site teams to comply with approved plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience for Main Contractor in project management and/or site coordination for building or civil projects.
• A team player and able to communicate well with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Render all M&E engineering support to the M&E Manager/Project Manager/Planning Manager for project execution.
• Attend project and progress meetings relating to the master program schedule.
• Ensure good M&E drawing management and control of M&E documentation/filing on site.
• Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials submission and method statements and ensure approval before use.
• Plan, coordinate, and timely execution of all M&E site activities.
• Oversee and guide M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors per approved shop drawings and methods statements.
• Prepare accurate M&E progress reports with photos when required.
• Arrange for all M&E testing and commissioning works.
• Work with Consultants to prepare site inspection schedules for government authorities.
• Collaborate with EHS to ensure safety regulations are followed.
