Job summary

MTS Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Data Centre M&E Engineer to coordinate mechanical and electrical building systems in a live, critical environment. The role covers operational support for UPS, generators, cooling and power distribution, as well as incident, change, vendor and contract management.

The position is a 12-month renewable contract with responsibilities spanning incident handling, maintenance coordination and stakeholder updates to ensure uninterrupted data centre

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with M&E building systems in data centres or comparable critical facilities.
• Practical knowledge of UPS, generators, cooling and power distribution systems.
• Experience coordinating incidents and controlled changes in a live operational environment.
• Vendor management experience; exposure to service contracts and IT service management processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operation, maintenance and testing of data centre power and cooling systems.

• Review and coordinate planned changes and maintenance activities to minimise operational risk.
