Job summary

PROSKILL WORKFORCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of data centre projects, focusing on M&E installation works in Singapore.

You will coordinate resources, supervise site activities, manage vendors and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. This role requires a degree in Engineering and at least 5 years in enterprise or IT project management for turnkey data centre site preparation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise/IT with turnkey data centre projects.
• Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
• Experience with UPS and thermal equipment installation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling and resource management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee project implementation, including M&E installation works at data centre sites.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, budgets and deliverables.
• Supervise site activities and ensure installation works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Attend project and progress meetings and provide timely updates to customers.
• Manage project teams, monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project activities from purchase order through installation, completion and payment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months to 2 years, depending on project requirements

Project Locations: Singapore - Loyang, Tai Seng or West, depending on the Project Director's assignment.
