Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on M&E Supervisor to manage technicians in daily operations, troubleshoot and maintain building systems in commercial offices.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS and plumbing systems, and supervise contractors to ensure safe, compliant work. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of M&E experience in office environments, and strong

• 3+ years of relevant M&E experience in commercial office buildings.
• Good exposure to integrated building M&E systems and facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing and sanitary systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise M&E technicians in daily operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of building systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for key M&E installations (ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing).
• Coordinate contractors and service providers; monitor works and review reports to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support maintenance contracts, improvement works and M&E projects, including quotations, budgeting, inspections and completion.
• Monitor building systems, attend to operational issues and tenant requests, maintain records.
