Job summary

CCA & PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E professional to plan, design and manage building services for diverse projects including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

You will coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical and BMS installations, liaising with clients and contractors to ensure progress and compliance. The role requires a Diploma or higher in a related field and preferred experience in M&E building services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Relevant experience in M&E building services projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and manage M&E building services works for commercial, residential and industrial projects, including A&A and upgrading works.
• Coordinate and supervise HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, gas, BMS, fire protection, electrical and lighting systems.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors to coordinate project progress and site activities.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare tender drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
• Manage daily project activities to ensure timely completion and successful project delivery.
