Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to support coordination, supervision and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical works for building construction projects in Jurong, Singapore.

The role requires collaboration with consultants, clients, subcontractors and project teams to meet project specs, approved drawings and schedules. Candidates with HDB project experience have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E building construction experience.
• Experience in HDB or similar large-scale residential projects is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret M&E drawings, specs and technical documentation.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities; able to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E installation works to meet drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and project teams on progress and coordination.
• Prepare and submit M&E documentation including method statements, shop drawings, and checklists.
• Monitor site progress and assist in schedules for M&E testing and commissioning.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety procedures and compliance with codes.
