Qualifications

• Experienced M&E professional with strong exposure to Mechanical & Electrical works for building projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-discipline interfaces and manage subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of Singapore codes and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E works for building projects from construction to completion.
• Coordinate M&E shop drawings and site interfaces with various teams.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E subcontractors to ensure quality standards.
• Manage authority submissions and inspections with relevant agencies.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover documentation preparation.
