Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E engineer to coordinate and oversee M&E works on construction projects on site, review drawings, and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant progress.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in a related discipline, with at least 1 year of M&E experience. A&A project exposure and main contractor experience are advantageous, with strong communication and coordination skills essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.
• Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects is an advantage.
• Experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E works for construction projects.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works follow approved drawings and specs.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.
• Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems.
• Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards and regulations.
