Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to coordinate and oversee Mechanical and Electrical works on construction projects. You will review drawings and specifications, and work with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least one year of M&E experience, and good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.
• Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects will be an advantage.
• Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works for construction projects.

• Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.
• Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
