Job summary

W'RAY CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site M&E coordinator to support the M&E Manager in coordinating all M&E works on the construction site. The role emphasizes maintaining progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and schedules.

The candidate will oversee M&E drawing coordination, QA/QC inspections, safety compliance, and coordination meetings with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating M&E works on construction sites.
• Ability to review and interpret shop drawings, technical submissions, and procurement schedules.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes, safety standards, and site coordination meetings.

• Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.
• Control site progress and installation quality per approved shop drawings, technical submissions, and procurement schedules for on-time completion.
• Coordinate M&E drawings and production of CSD and service drawings with quality control.

Job description

• Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.
• Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.
• Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.
• Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.
• Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.
• To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub contractors.
