Job summary

TECHNOSAT BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled M&E coordinator to manage and supervise mechanical and electrical works on site, ensuring safety and compliance while coordinating with subcontractors.

• Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice and safety regulations
• Responsible for the supervision & coordination of M&E works at project site.
• Prepare and submit Material Submissions and Sample Submissions.
• Check for discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings.
