Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a qualified project engineer/manager to lead Mechanical & Electrical projects. You will drive meetings, manage schedules and teams, and ensure delivery within budget and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising tasks, coordinating subcontractors, preparing proposals and memos, and communicating requirements to clients. The role requires strong planning, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and services.
• Good understanding of local codes, regulations and workplace safety.
• Excellent time management with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

• Assist in negotiation of subcontractor packages and preparation of subcontractor/supplier agreement letters
• Coordinate site workflow and resolve site-related issues
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical(M&E) systems and services.
• Good understanding of local codes, regulations, and statutory requirements relating to M&E services, building construction, and workplace safety.
• Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
