This role focuses on coordinating on-site M&E activities with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver works according to contract drawings and approvals. The candidate will plan and prepare drawings for submissions, develop M&E work programs, supervise inspections for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance,

Competenze

• Bachelor's or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of local construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of local M&E standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient CAD skills and ability to prepare submission drawings.

Mansioni

• Review and understand contract requirements for M&E works.
• Coordinate M&E activities on-site with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain M&E work programs and submission schedules.
• Plan and prepare drawings to meet submission deadlines.
• Produce detailed drawings and combined services plans from design sketches.
• Supervise, monitor, and inspect M&E works for quality and safety.
• Provide support for inspections and arrange authority/site inspections.
