Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an M&E coordination professional to support on-site activities. You will coordinate daily M&E tasks with main contractors and subcontractors, review drawings, and assist in testing and handover documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant M&E coordination experience in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily M&E activities on-site with main contractor and subcontractors.
• Assist in monitoring installation works for accuracy, quality and compliance.
• Identify and report design clashes and site issues.
• Review and coordinate M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Assist in method statements and inspection checklists.
• Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities.
• Assist in preparing testing reports and handover documentation.
• Track M&E work progress and report delays or risks.
• Assist in coordination meetings and preparation of technical reports.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material delivery and technical matters.
