Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an M&E Coordination Engineer to align structural, architectural and M&E disciplines, manage technical submissions, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on site.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of M&E coordination experience, preferably on A&A projects, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure project schedules are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of M&E coordination experience within the construction industry, preferably with A&A projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating shop drawings and technical submissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines to address drawing discrepancies.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on technical submissions and site coordination matters.
• Monitor M&E subcontractors' progress to ensure works meet schedules and specifications.
• Support the execution of M&E works, including shop drawing coordination, testing & commissioning, and site issue resolution.
