Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical works on local construction projects, including HDB assignments.

The role involves reviewing contracts, aligning designs, and liaising with consultants and clients to ensure compliance with specifications. You will manage sub-contractor progress, drawings, materials, and safety standards, attend site meetings, and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 3 years’ experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction with HDB project experience.
• Good knowledge of local standards and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Study, coordinate and supervise the M&E works with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Ensure M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Attend site meeting as and when required
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management / Project Manager

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and / or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage
• Min 3 years or more experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction firm with HDB project experience
• Good knowledge in local standards & requirements
• Able to work independently with positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
