CHONGWU CONCEPT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator in Singapore to oversee coordination of mechanical and electrical works across A&A, fit-out, and renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating M&E works for A&A, fit-out, renovation and interior projects.
• Familiar with testing & commissioning, inspections, and project handover processes.
• Able to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of Singapore-based experience as M&E Coordinator in construction.
• Minimum 2–5 years of M&E coordination experience in construction.
• Good knowledge of Singapore regulations and authority requirements (BCA, PUB, EMA, SCDF, NEA).
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, including ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection systems.
• Able to read and coordinate M&E, architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Verify subcontractors' work progress, variation orders and related claims.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and project handover.
• Prepare and maintain project records, reports and documentation.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Project Director on project progress, site issues, delays, risks and any matters requiring management attention.

• 5.5-daywork week
• Mondayto Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
