Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee cross-disciplinary coordination on building services projects.

You will liaise with consultants and subcontractors, review shop drawings, and help resolve site issues to keep works aligned with schedules. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services and at least 3 years in M&E coordination within the construction industry, preferably with A&A

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or building services is required.
• At least 3 years of M&E coordination experience in the construction industry.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines to identify and address drawing discrepancies.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on technical submissions and site coordination matters.
• Monitor M&E subcontractors' progress to ensure works are completed according to project schedules and specifications.
• Support the execution of M&E works, including shop drawing coordination, testing & commissioning, and site issue resolution.
