Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable M&E Coordinator with 5+ years in construction. You will coordinate M&E activities across projects, liaise with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor, and ensure on-time, quality execution of site and pre-cast works. Strong teamwork and safety knowledge are essential.

The role requires proficiency in Revit/BIM tools and a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. PE board preference is noted.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering; PE board preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction with M&E coordination.
• Proficient in Revit, BIM software.
• Strong organization, communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and M&E practices.

• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields; PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong coordination experience in M&E systems.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other relevant M&E design tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
