Job summary

EVERISE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable M&E Project Coordinator/Engineer to oversee mechanical and electrical works, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project specs and regulations.

You will liaise with consultants and other trades, manage M&E documentation, conduct site coordination meetings, prepare shop drawings, and assist with cost and budget tracking. A Diploma or Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering and 3+ years local experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proof of diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
• Strong written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Local experience in mechanical and electrical works
• Coordinate and oversee all M&E works to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements and alignment with the project timeline
• Liaise with consultants and other trades to resolve any issues or challenges during the project.
• Manage M&E-related project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, and quality checklists.
• Site coordination meetings and provide detailed coordination with subcontractors.
• Able to prepare the quotation with pricing knowledge for tender.
• Preparing the quantity take off for the project and tender.
• Review M&E plans and prepare quantity needs. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Preparing M&E shop drawing.
• Vet through the contract documents upon receive the confirmation.
• Preparing the running bills and submission to clients. Preparing the job cost report.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the managementteam.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field at Singapore is required for this position.
