Job summary

SCB Building Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable M&E Coordination Engineer to support design/construction teams, ensuring E&M installations align with project requirements and local standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering; specialist diploma in M&E coordination is a plus.
• At least 5 years’ experience in M&E coordination for HDB projects in local construction.
• Proficient in CAD, Revit/Navisworks; able to read 3D models and drawings.
• Good knowledge of local standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• To work and coordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirements.
• Attend E&M Coordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting.
• Coordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage in-house E&M subcontractors' work to ensure shop drawings and services are coordinated with sequence and installation.
• Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environments.
