Job summary

CAREERNEXUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E lead to steer a team of M&E coordinators and BIM modellers on design and coordination works.

You will review drawings and work with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues. Track approvals and submissions to keep works moving, ensure on-site M&E complies with drawings and specs, and supervise subcontractors to stay on schedule. Immediate availability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent certification.
• 6–7 years of experience managing M&E works in civil construction.
• Experience in substation projects is required.
• Strong leadership and clear communication with coordinators, consultants and subcontractors.
• Immediate/start-date availability is advantageous.

• 6 – 7 years of relevant experience managing M&E works in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in substation projects.
• Good leadership and communication skills to manage coordinators, consultants and subcontractors.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
