Job summary

SRS BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee daily Mechanical & Electrical construction activities across Singapore sites. You will coordinate manpower, supervise subcontractors, and ensure works align with drawings, specs, method statements, and schedules.

You will lead safety compliance under WSH requirements, prepare progress reports, attend site meetings, and resolve technical issues while maintaining quality workmanship on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Mechanical & Electrical construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for M&E systems.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and main contractors.
• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Prepare daily work schedules, manpower allocation, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Resolve site technical issues and provide guidance to site personnel.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site housekeeping activities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project standards.
