Job summary

PARK AND PARTNERS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Assistant/Manager to oversee coordination and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical works on Singapore building projects.

You will work with consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Requirements include a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years’ experience with a main contractor or building company, plus proven M&E coordination on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience with a main contractor.
• Proven M&E coordination on building construction projects.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all M&E works across construction projects.
• Manage site coordination among consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Chair M&E coordination meetings and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Review M&E shop drawings, submissions and subcontractor proposals.
• Monitor progress, workmanship and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and highlight risks.
• Identify design discrepancies and propose solutions to minimise delays.
• Advise Project Manager on changes impacting cost, programme or design.
• Support Tender Department by reviewing M&E scope and quotations.
