• Ensure all M&E works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Identify and resolve site coordination issues, technical discrepancies, and clashes between M&E services and other construction works.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, inspection records, technical documents, and as-built drawings.
