Job summary

RANKINE & HILL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical engineer to plan, design and administer building services projects. You will conduct tender evaluations and participate in technical and progress meetings with clients, architects, consultants and contractors.

The role involves on-site project management and identifying non-conformities in contractors’ work, with ad hoc duties as required. D egree holders with 1+ year experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of relevant industry experience.
• Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in design of building projects and relevant codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
• Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
• Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors
• Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s work at site
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
