in Singapore is seeking a diligent M&E BIM Modeler to support our project team by developing, coordinating and maintaining BIM models for construction projects. The successful candidate will work with engineers, project managers, BIM coordinators and site teams to ensure accurate drawings and timely deliverables, with emphasis on Revit MEP modelling, clash detection and adherence to Singapore BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• 1–3 years of M&E BIM modelling experience, preferably locally.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of M&E systems and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with local BIM standards and Singapore practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain M&E BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings from BIM models.
• Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Update models to reflect design changes and site conditions.
• Ensure documentation complies with project BIM standards.
