Job summary

LINK2 MANPOWER PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Coordinator to lead electrical BIM modelling for LV/HV systems, switchboards, cable tray routing and M&E drawings.

The role emphasizes coordination with project teams and stakeholders to resolve clashes in a dynamic Singapore project environment. The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Engineering diploma/degree with 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience and proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and BIM 360.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant BIM coordination experience.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and coordinate electrical BIM models covering LV/HV distribution, containment, switchboards, cable trays, lighting, power, trunking, ELV systems and generator installations.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve interdisciplinary coordination issues.
• Generate shop drawings, spatial layouts, CSD/M&E drawings and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and other relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in BIM/VDC coordination meetings.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans and applicable technical requirements.
