Carousell Group invites a high-potential intern to join our Corporate Development and Strategy team for a 6-month full-time program starting January 2027 in Singapore. You will work on market analysis, target screening, and financial modelling to support M&A and partnerships.

You'll gain exposure to investor reporting, KPI analysis, and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to speed up insights. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Familiarity/interest in accounting, corporate finance, and startups.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement models.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with using AI to streamline data analysis.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in investor relations, audit, investment banking, FP&A is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
• Assist in identifying and analyzing M&A and partnerships.
• Support due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Update 5-year investor financial model; run scenario analyses.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly investor reports with KPI packs.
• Reconcile data across management and statutory accounts.
• Leverage AI tools to automate investor reporting.
• Collaborate on corporate development and strategy projects.
