Job summary

Taylor Root represents a local mid-sized law firm in Singapore seeking an associate/senior associate for their M&A team. You will advise state-owned entities, MNCs and SMEs on cross-border transactions and FDI into emerging markets.

Qualifications

• Transactional M&A experience and open to picking up other areas of Corporate work
• Prior experience with funds (ie. setting up of VCCs, fund formation, regulatory PSA work etc) is advantageous
• Other regional language skills (eg. Vietnamese, Bahasa) are helpful but not necessary
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills
