ABEO Consulting Pte. Ltd represents a premier client in Singapore seeking an Associate for their rapidly expanding M&A practice.

You will work with leading legal minds on cross-border transactions, including joint ventures, leverage buyouts, and stock and asset sales across jurisdictions. The role requires 2-3 years of PQE in M&A, admission to practice in the US, UK or Hong Kong, and current employment with a top-tier international law firm.

Competenze

• 2-3 years PQE with robust M&A experience.
• Admitted to practice law in the US, UK or Hong Kong.
• Currently with a top-tier international law firm.
• Must be proficient in another language at business level such as Mandarin or Japanese.
