Job summary

Sonder Consultants in Singapore is seeking an accomplished associate to join the Acquisition Finance practice of a leading global law firm. You will advise top financial institutions, sponsors and corporates on complex financing transactions and gain exposure to acquisition finance, leveraged finance and structured lending.

Qualifications

• 2y PQE gained at a leading international, U.S., UK or regional law firm.
• Experience advising on acquisition finance, leveraged finance and/or other complex lending transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute effectively to complex, fast-moving transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Acquisition Finance practice of a leading global law firm in Singapore.

Working as part of a highly regarded finance team, you'll advise leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, corporates and other sophisticated clients on a broad range of complex financing transactions. The role offers exposure to acquisition finance, leveraged finance and other structured lending matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions across Asia.

Requirements

• 2 years' PQE gained at a leading international, U.S., UK or regional law firm.
• Experience advising on acquisition finance, leveraged finance and/or other complex lending transactions.
• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute effectively to complex, fast-moving transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach to delivering advice.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
