Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie Group in Singapore seeks a driven corporate transactions lawyer with 3–4 years of top-tier law firm experience to work on cross-border M&A, energy and infrastructure deals. The role entails leading due diligence, drafting core transaction documents, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional structuring in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of legal experience in top-tier law firms
• Strong experience in M&A transactions
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams on deals and communicate timelines

Responsibilities

• Manage complex transactions and client expectations on tight timelines
• Lead deal structuring across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft/review sale and purchase, shareholder and JV agreements
• Manage full lifecycle of corporate transactions including due diligence and post-closing
• Lead due diligence teams and coordinate with external counsel/advisors
• Coordinate with projects team on project financing and development matters
• Liaise with clients and counterparties
• Provide supervision and training to junior team members
• Support transaction management and completion processes
