Qualifications

• At least 1 to 3 years' legal experience in a top-tier firm.
• Qualified in Singapore.
• Strong experience in M&A transactions.
• Excellent drafting with commercial nous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with training and development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review sale and purchase, shareholder, and joint venture agreements.
• Familiarity with due diligence (buy-side and sell-side).
• Assist in negotiations and related matters.
• Matter completion and post-closing work.
• Business development and networking activities.
• Contribute to department know-how.
