Job summary

Euclid Transactional in Singapore is seeking ambitious M&A Analysts for the APAC team. You will work closely with the underwriting team to evaluate M&A opportunities and provide quotes and policies in an entrepreneurial environment.

Recent graduates with degrees in law, business, finance or economics are welcome; 1–2 years' experience is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance or economics
• 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience preferred - especially in a law firm, investment bank or big four
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Fluency in an Asian language such as Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi (spoken or written) is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of the Salesforce platform are advantageous
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, a natural team player; he/she has an international outlook and comfortable working with an international and diverse team
• Comfortable and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Managing a consistent stream of deal opportunities that consider the use of transactional risk insurance
• Preparing quotes and policies
• Coordinating and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers and clients
• Providing project management support including database administration and invoice management
• Attending industry events and training where necessary

You will work directly with the underwriting team, who evaluate M&A opportunities and businesses across industries and jurisdictions, and are recognised leaders in the transactional risk insurance space. The position will provide in-depth exposure to international M&A and the insurance industry in an entrepreneurial environment.
