Euclid Transactional is seeking an M&A Underwriter in Singapore to evaluate opportunities across industries, interfacing with brokers, lawyers, and clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a law degree with 5+ years at a top-tier firm (Mumbai or New Delhi), English fluency, and Hindi proficiency. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce is beneficial, with a global, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in law is required.
• Fluency in English is a must; Hindi proficiency and ability to work in India time zone are essential.
• Experience in India-focused M&A or transactional risk space is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Analyze M&A transactions including reviewing financials, due diligence, and purchase agreements.
• Prepare quotes and policies for clients.
• Coordinate with brokers, lawyers, and clients.
• Provide project management support including database and invoice management.
• Review formation of sale/purchase agreements for insurability and coverage parameters.
