Euclid Transactional, LLC in Singapore is seeking an ambitious graduate to join our Tax team as a Tax Underwriting Analyst. You will work directly with the tax team, gaining exposure to international M&A in an entrepreneurial environment and a potential career path to a Tax Underwriter role.

The role includes project management support, NDA/NRL execution, preparing quotes, tax policy work, and developing marketing materials, with a hybrid work model and onboarding across US, APAC and EMEA teams.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance or economics
• 0-2 years’ relevant work experience
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Providing project management support including database administration and invoice management
• Supporting the team with execution/amendment of NDAs and NRLs
• Assisting the Tax Underwriting team to manage a consistent stream of new business opportunities by supporting with the preparation of quotes, including coordinating and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers and clients
• Assisting the Tax Underwriting team with tax policy preparation and administrative management of the underwriting process
• Developing marketing materials and presentations
• Attending industry events and networking

You will work directly with the tax team, who evaluates tax risk opportunities across industries and jurisdictions; underwrites tax policies; and are recognised leaders in this space.The position will provide in-depth exposure to international M&A in an entrepreneurial environment, with a potential career pathway to a Tax Underwriter role.

Experience and Skills

Must-haves:

• Comfortable working with an international and diverse team

Advantageous:

Additional Information

WORK: Full-time in Singapore, with an intensive onboarding and training program during your first year with our US, APAC and EMEA teams. We operate a hybrid working model, which can be agreed upon joining. Usually we expect 2-3 days in the office once onboarding is complete.
