Ideal candidates have a background in luxury retail or client servicing, strong English, and a confident, professional presentation.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury retail, sales, hospitality or client servicing preferred.
• Watch industry experience advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Confident, personable and comfortable engaging with clients.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Well-presented with a service-oriented attitude.
• Proactive, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Willingness to learn about luxury watches, brands and collectible references.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a personalised and professional client experience across in-store and online channels.
• Conduct client appointments and assist with watch selections, purchases and enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare watches for client viewings and online listings.
• Prepare watches for listings, packaging and shipment to clients.
• Assist with after-sales matters and client follow-ups.
• Maintain a polished and professional boutique environment.
